Yes, everyone is welcome at the Bullhook Community Health Center regardless of their financial status. Low income patients may qualify for the sliding fee scale if they are at or below the federal poverty guidelines.
How does the sliding fee scale work?
Patients bring in proof of income, usually three consecutive paycheck stubs or the most recent tax return for all adults in their household that bring in income. For patients without this documentation, our administrative staff can assist you. Once a patient’s income is established, our staff can determine which sliding scale category you fall into and then calculate the discount you are eligible to receive.

Our clinics have arrangements in place with both local and regional specialists and can assist you in accessing this care.
