Sliding Fee scale
The Bullhook Community Health Center offers access to reduced-fee services for patients who can demonstrate low income levels. Patients that qualify financially based on their gross annual household income and family size will be granted a discounted fee for service. Financial qualification is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which are updated annually. In order to qualify for the sliding fee scale, the patient must have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
